About

Elgin is situated in the northern part of Scotland, with beautiful scenery and the world-famous whisky region, making it a wonderful place to explore. Elgin is home to some of the grandest buildings from Elgin Catherdal to The Bishop's House.

The town benefits from a mix of period architechture and modern and new developments and maintains much of it's olde worlde charm.

Project Motivation

Vision must always be followed by realisation and Moray Council had an exciting idea that needed the skills of an experienced sign manufacturer to get it off the ground.

We were presented with design ideas and printable graphics for interpretive lecterns and plaques, and it was our job to translate these into robust, cost effective interpretation displays that would faithfully realise our client’s vision.

Laser cut stainless steel panels sandwiched full colour printed graphic panels to create eye-catching and highly creative heritage interpretation that tells the story of the town both physically and graphically.

Elgin is a perfect example of how simple fabrication techniques can be applied to create something unique and memorable.
