Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I browse your product range and technical information?

You can explore our products on the website, where individual product pages provide useful information about styles, features and technical details. We do not rely on a single printed catalogue, because many of our products are configurable and are often specified to suit each project.

If you need help comparing options, our team can recommend suitable products based on your site, audience, budget and design requirements.

Yes. Our signs come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, and some product elements may carry longer product-specific performance guarantees. For example, our n-Viro printed panels include a 10 year lightfastness guarantee.

If you are comparing products for a particular environment, we are happy to explain the warranty position and the expected maintenance requirements for the specification you are considering.

Many products are available in standard A sizes, including A4 (297 x 210mm), A3 (420 x 297mm), A2 (594 x 420mm), A1 (841 x 594mm) and A0 (1188 x 841mm). Bespoke sizes can also be manufactured to suit your project.

You can find size information in the product features and technical download area on our website.

Please note that the stated panel size is usually the size of the graphic panel rather than the overall size of the frame. On some framed products, the frame overlaps the panel slightly, which reduces the visible printed area. Client supplied artwork checksheets are also available in our download area

Yes. We can help clients plan wayfinding that is clear, logical and appropriate for the people using the site. That can include reviewing routes, sign positioning, information hierarchy, wording, map content and the most suitable sign formats for different audiences.

Where accessibility is an important project objective, we recommend discussing this at the start so it can shape both the strategy and the sign design.
