The Town Crier of Rochester made a striking impression on the landscape and features amongst some iconic landmarks that needed to be recreated as part of a backdrop to a poem written by himself.
Each of these images had to be carefully illustrated, giving consideration to the method by which they would be engraved into our solid oak bench. Our design studio prepared visuals of the bench for client approval prior to manufacturing, ensuring every detail was correct and to the client’s complete satisfaction.
Our approach
Text and images were permanently engraved into the backrest, producing a hardwearing and highly engaging memorial bench that will stand as a testament to the life and love of a man who made a significant contribution to so many people’s lives.
